Qoretec AI is developed, owned, and operated by **Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd**, a legally registered entity in Brunei Darussalam. For the purposes of these Terms, the term "Qoretec AI" refers to the Qoretec AI mobile and web application, platform, and services provided and managed by Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
Qoretec AI is a strategic intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence and hybrid systems to analyze datasets, files, and queries, and generate strategic insights, charts, and board-ready reports. Access to certain features, datasets, and AI consulting models requires the consumption of AI credits.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile information, including your legal name, organization, and country.
- Account Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Reseller and Merchant of Record (FastSpring)
To facilitate seamless and secure global digital commerce, all purchase transactions, subscriptions, and AI credit purchases are processed by **FastSpring** (Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring, located at 801 Garden St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101, USA).
- Merchant of Record: FastSpring is our authorized reseller and official Merchant of Record (MoR). In this capacity, FastSpring is the legal seller of the products and subscriptions.
- Transaction Terms: Your payment transaction is governed by FastSpring's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Billing Statements: Charges on your credit card or payment account statements will appear as **FS* fsprg.com** or a similar descriptor.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Cancellation
- AI Credits: Certain actions on the platform consume digital AI credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not represent a property right.
- Subscriptions: Premium features are available through subscription tiers. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no further renewal charges will be processed.
5. Refund Policy
All sales of AI credits, premium subscriptions, and platform services are final. We do not offer refunds or credit adjustments.
Rationale: Qoretec AI provides a comprehensive Free Tier to allow users to fully test, evaluate, and experience the platform's capabilities before committing to any financial purchase. You are encouraged to utilize this Free Tier to verify Qoretec AI satisfies your expectations. By purchasing premium subscriptions or credit packages, you acknowledge that you have tested the service and agree to this policy. Since subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing cycles, no retroactive refunds will be processed.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Usage Rules
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Qoretec AI solely for your business or professional strategic intelligence operations. You agree not to:
- Abuse the AI model endpoints or systematically scrape our Global Library data.
- Upload any malicious code, malware, or highly sensitive, prohibited regulatory data to the Data Vault.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying proprietary algorithms, user interface, or code of Qoretec AI.
- Use the Services for any unlawful activities or in a manner that infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
- **Nature of AI Content:** Qoretec AI utilizes advanced machine learning models to synthesize insights and generate reports. These outputs are for informational, analytical, and strategic guidance purposes only.
- **No Professional Advice:** AI-generated content does not constitute official legal, financial, or investment advice.
- **Verification:** You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and viability of any strategy reports or insights before presenting them or acting upon them in your business operations. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the absolute correctness or reliability of the generated content.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- **Qoretec AI IP:** All rights, titles, and interests in the Qoretec AI platform, including software, layouts, UI designs, brand assets, and the Qoretec Global Library, remain the exclusive property of Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd.
- **User Data:** You retain all ownership rights to any private documents, datasets, and transcripts that you upload to your secure Data Vault. We do not claim ownership over your proprietary business files.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, or authorized processors (including FastSpring) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of **Brunei Darussalam**, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Qoretec AI shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
